Good points: very silent wash cycle. start of program can be delayed. very good program for handwash wool.
Bad points: very noisy and vibrating spin if used at 1600rpm. But 1200rpm is enough and not as noisy.

Good points: This is an excellent product, and the fact that you can dry the same weight of clothing as you can wash is a bonus!.
Bad points: WT960 doesn't have any.

Good points: The WF960 is very quiet when washing, just slightly noisier when spinning. Very good choice of programmes which can be cut time-wise by choosing various options. Delay timer very useful to enable cheaper rate of electricity to be used. Easy to use. Excellent machine giving excellent washing results.
Bad points: Cycle times slightly long..

Good points: WT960 has lots of programs.
Bad points: noise level is higher than i thought it would be.

Good points: WT960 extremely quiet machine. excellent choice of programmes and easy to use. fantastic capacity! Dont need to wash every day now!!
Bad points: have not had any problems since purchase. would recommend purchase of this machine to any potetial; buter.

Good points: I am very pleased with this machine. It is probably the quietest washer I've come across. It is easy to use
Bad points: The wash cycle times are quite long however this should not put anyone off buying it.

We bought this appliance from Ebay for only £280. It was classed as a graded machine (ie. may have minor cosmetic blemishes) but we could not find a single scratch. Excellent saving of over £100 from the high street stores.

Our old machine was very noisy when it was on spin but you would hardly know this one was on at all. A very high spin speed of 1600 means that the clothes are much dryer and as such our tumble dryer isn't working half as hard as it used to.

The other great thing is the load capacity of 7kg meaning you don't need to do as many washes. Functionality is very simple and straightforward and this is a machine I would thoroughly recommend.
